Stopped Skype workaround from running for non rooted 2.2 dinc

I found a workaround to stop skype for non root 2.2 dincs.

-go to market and upgrade to latest version(new version has options to stop listening for phone calls, most likely Verizon turn this off in the stock skype)
-open skype, do not create login
-open settings(menu->settings)
-turn off everything.
-close skype
-force stop skype(though android not a 3rd party tool, task killer did not work)

For the last 2 hours, it did not start up.
Issue, when you reboot, skype will turn back on. force close again.
