Does anyone's story book app work?

story book or story album? I use story album all the time and it is really cool. I just wish there is more templates.

Same here. Got phone 2 days ago, story album hasn't worked once. Pick the picture and then black screen. Crash. Tried different photos and layouts same crash. Can't find any help either. Found posts with other people having the issue but no solution. Anyone have ideas or can confirm proper operation on Verizon S4?

Mine has been working, I have used it a few times
Just tried it now with no problems
Try uninstalling then reinstalling it
Also try clearing data and cache deom Application Manager in Settings

Can't uninstall it. Part of touchwiz I think. Tried clearing cache and data, same thing. I'm stock, unrooted. Any ideas?

Tried it again. Crash. Deleted cache and data, power off/on again. Crash. Never worked even once. I haven't moved my SD card from old phone to this one yet perhaps it needs an SD?

Mine worked from the beginning. But I factory reset once tooken out the box

I also did a reset when I got it. Found lots of bad reviews stating it crashes for the add on that lets you order prints. Definitely seems somewhat widespread. Strange how it works for some people not others. There's video on YouTube showing the exact crash I get as well.

Possibly solved. I read another thread dealing with the date not showing on the lock screen and notification shade. I changed the date format and changed it right back and presto my date shows correctly in lock screen and notification window. Out of curiosity I tried the story album again after doing the date thing and it's now working fine. Go figure. Worked for me might want to give it a try.

Let's call this solved then! Definitely a bug but at least we now know how to fix it. Glad it worked for you too.
