Strange Boot Icon and No signal. Anyone seen this?

So currently my Note8 is saying there is no signal.
Tried Airplane Mode, Reboot and remove and reinsert Sim Card.

Have a weird logo (Or at least I don't remember seiing it) when booting. A Pad Lock with a circle around it.


Also phone is NOT encrypted.

After Boot I get signal for about 20 seconds then it goes no signal.
Before I go to Tmobile anyone seen this?

Possible issue with your sim card. Or if you have an sd memory card it may be corrupt

Update.... I figured out the problem. Figured I would put it here in case anyone comes across this in a search.

Somehow under Settings--Connections---More Connections---Wifi Calling it got changed to Never Use Cellular Network.
This kills the whole cellular connection.
