I've had my Nokia 7.1 (now on Android 10) for well over a year now and never had any problems with app updates until last night.
12 new updates showed up so I hit updare. All went ok until it got to the Chrome update. The other 11 updates had completed but Chrome had downloaded and then just sat there with the spinning circle, saying "installing".
Now, some 12 hours later, it's still the same, spinning and saying installing. I've had another update come through after this and that installed perfectly.
If you tap on the update it gives the option to cancel but that's greyed out. I've tried both soft and hard resets to no avail.
I don't want to do a Factory Reset only as a last resort. Is there any other way to kill this "stuck" update?
Thanks, Alan.
