Headscratcher here. Can you try installing a 3rd party launcher (like Nova) and see if it still shows up? If it doesn't, then we can probably narrow it down to a One UI glitch. If it still shows up, then it's probably more of a system glitch.

I had Nova Launcher on here already but then I uninstalled it. The line was still there even with Nova Launcher. The tablet got updated to Android 10 with One UI 2.5

At this point, I'd send feedback to Samsung with that screenshot and see if they acknowledge it as some bug. Since it's not causing any significant usability issue, then probably best to leave it alone.

Could you try a different wallpaper? Perhaps it's an artifact from the wallpaper that only shows up in landscape mode.

I'm glad that worked. Don't worry. I've had similar things happen with my wallpapers. I'm very happy that there is nothing wrong with your tablet.
