Strange little white Square on my S4

I lost that function when when I reset my phone, now I know how to get that app back on for screen captures etc.... it's a cool App by Samsung.

Go to settings>my device>accessibility>turn off assistant menu under mobility.

Had this problem with my IPhone. ..
Now I have a Samsung S5 Neo..and today that floating circle appeared today..I've called technical support. .I've gone online I cannot get rid of this!!! HELLLPPPP
