Strange telephone number formats appear in my Google Contacts!

Suddenly I find new, strange telephone numbers being added to my existing Google contacts!
They show up both on my PC and my phone contacts app in my Galaxy S9.
The format is a non-dial-able combination of numbers, symbols and letters. They all start with a random number, followed by a dot (.), then 5 digits that resemble in part either a land line or a mobile number. At the end they all have this: E+11
Here are a few of them: 3.06906 E+11, 3.02107 E+11, 9.12027 E+11 and so on
My region is Greece , and I have Whatsapp and Viber installed if that means anything.
Any ideas will be appreciated

It almost looks like it's converting phone numbers into exponent format. For example, if you change 9.12027 e+11 to 9.12027 * 10^11, you get 912027000000. Is that close to actual phone number?

Do the contacts have an actual contact name?

I dont know what expondant format is, but certainly those 'strange' numbers are quite close to the original telephone number of the contact, especially the 5 digits after the 3.

Yes the contacts have full names, and furthermore in some cases where they have more than one number, some numbers stay normal and the new 'strange' numbers have been added.

If it means something, in some of the cases where 'strange' numbers have appeared, the original number was logged along with with it's International Prefix format. For example here in Greece, we have the 30 as country code and in order to enter it before the actual number, we can use either the + sign, or the 00 (double zero) before entering the number.
Could this be the what is messing it up?

Are the phone numbers showing up in the actual phone number field, or are they just in a "Note" field in your Google Contacts? Google Contacts should be smart enough to recognize a phone number.
