Streaming camera to PC

Is there an app that allows me to stream my Galaxy S6's camera live feed to my PC? Like periscope but privately only to myself - to my PC?
For example when I want to look behind the cabinet to see if something fell behind it, and I don't want to take random pictures - I want another set of eye, that can squeeze to that small place, so that I can see what it sees.

That's exactly what it does, I just tried it a few days ago. It broadcasts the camera feed to an IP address that is only accessible from devices on your network (password protected if you want). The best way to learn is use it and tinker with it... see how it works.
