Streaming Music or Download MP3s

Does Google or someone else offer unlimited music streaming services?
On my WP 7 phone I was using Microsoft's unlimited Music Pass for only $99 per year but now I have a SG S3.

What are the best options available for Android Jelly bean?

I use Sony's Music Unlimited, which is just $10 a month, and it's outstanding.

I like Pandora because it is customizable to what I like. You can purchase add free/unlimited skips for about $35 a year. For me the more I listen the less I have commercials.

It does not allow unlimited skips. This is one thing the Pandora subscription doesn't do. Slacker radios subscription does. Pandora once upgraded allows ad free listening and higher quality. The only skip limit it removes is the number of skips in a day. when on the free version you can only skip so many times a day no matter what station... Whereas the subscription only allows 6 skips per channel per hour.
