streaming video won't play

I just got my Tab yesterday and I'm having a problem watching videos on Jetflicks... On my other devices (thunderbolt, razr, ipad 2, xoom) I can get all videos to play. On the Tab though, some of them will say "sorry, this video can not be played". There must be some type of format that the others will play that the Tab will not. Is there some sort of remedy for this? If not the Tab is going back!

Also, i tried going through Opera and Dolphin with the same results... uninstalled and reinstalled Flash, soft reset etc...
