Stretch Crop Original?

In the S8+ when viewing Youtube I can choose stretch, crop, or original. I can't find any option to do that in Note 8 at Verizon store? Is there a way to do it? How about in Netflix? Thanks

Thanks but I called Samsung and they never heard of stretch or crop watching videos. I explained it and they said it comes from apps not the phone. Youtube used to do it on S8plus but not Note 8 at VZW. Maybe someone who has played with it found a way?

I just pulled up a YouTube video and I have the option to 'crop to fit' on my Tmobile S8+. Ruining the OAR looks terrible but the option is still there.
