Struggling with Color Choice - Blue Coral

Indeed. Blue Coral can be a very rich blue and light blue depending on the lighting you are in. Also the frame change color according to the lighting and that is the main reason I will go with the Black Onyx.

Stick with black. These colors are just a fad and get old quick, you will wish you had purchased the black in the long run.

I purchased the Silver/Chrome S7 edge and was got sick of the mirror within 2 weeks. Sold it and got the black.

This. The colour looks very trendy and current now but in 8 Months it will look old while classic black won't.

Sort of like buying a teal car in the mid nineties. They were hot (for some people- not me :P) but then by the late nineties you knew they were driving a 5 year old car.

Haven't seen the blue in person but I like the look of it, especially the gold trim. Not bothered by what someone else might think of my colour choice.

Guys and gals if anyone has the chance to take a few pics of the coral blue, please do so and post them. I also ordered the blue or baby blue lol and i'm fairly confident i'll like it but it wouldn't be the first time that something isn't quite what I had in mind once i see it in person.

Judging by the pics above, loving the powder baby blueish color.

I pre-ordered the blue from Best Buy. When I go to pick it up next Friday, I will swing over to the phones area and see it in person. If I like it, great. If not, I'll ask about exchanging it for silver (my original choice until I saw the photos).

Who keeps a phone for 8 months? :)

I've had my Note 3 since it came out back in... what was it, 2013? Longest I've ever had a phone. The 4 wasn't enough of an upgrade, the iPhone 6S Plus was disappointing, and the Note 5 didn't have the SDcard slot. The 7 has fixed that (though I would still prefer a removable battery), and my Note 3 is virtually unusable it's so slow. And I don't see anything new or interesting coming in the iPhone 7 either (not a fan of iOS on phones anyway).

So... is it Aug 19th yet????? Augh.

There is only one color that lets other users of any brand immediately recognize that you are superior to them. That color my friends is..... BLUE CORAL!!!!

Yep. I hate to be that person, but that blue coral kind of makes it known that you have the Note 7! I really like that about it. Colors that are different really help with that kind of thing and I'm all over it.

Part of me likes that, part of me doesn't. But I am genuinely surprised at how many people are preferring the blue.. when I first heard about it, I was like, "ew." But then when I saw it, I was like, "wow!" :)

I thought the silver looked really cool until I held it and compared it to the black. With the glass covering it, it basically just looks like a mirror. It also seems to be more prone to smudging. So I ended up going with yet another black phone.

All glass backs smudge and get stuff on them. My white Note 5 always has fingerprints and everything sticks to it. I don't use a case.

My thoughts exactly, coral blue = Note 7, not saying that all the others aren't

I ordered the Black.

It's funny.. The Blue looks nice too, but it seems the Blue looks different in almost every photo I see of it (due to different lighting, angles, etc). The magically morphing Blue Note 7 :-)

I decided to stay with the Blue. It does stand out as a Note 7 and I only keep my phone for a year anyways. I currently have the S6 Edge Plus in gold, would have stayed with the gold if it was offered.
Thanks to all for their input!

Being a domer....... you have no choice but gold.

The Blue Coral matches my Tennessee Titans perfectly. It's closer to a Carolina blue honestly and doesn't look like a feminine color in person.
