Stuck at logo while going to recovery mode, what can I do?

stuck at logo while going to recovery mode

My android phone does not go to recovery mode even after pressing right combination keys(power & vol+), it just gets stucked at logo. Main problem is I rooted the phone and deleted all system apps so whenever my open is booted it only gives blank screen as it does not have any launcher or any other app. I have custom rom but i cannot go to recovery mode to install it. So how can i Fix? Plzzzzz Help...
