Stuck in bootloop,no command.

Samsung s4 mini gt-I9195 i took the battery in and out.It didn't turn on for a while and wasn't responding so i switched the battery it turned on but it got stuck in a bootloop.When i try to go to recovery mode i see a no command screen and when i click a button it restarts.

Welcome to the forums. The no command screen is strange for a Samsung device. Can you pull the battery and boot into Download mode?

I was thinking with Odin, actually. Lots of YouTube videos about it. You just need to make sure the software and model are for each other.
