phones been rooted for a few days, i had a custom recovery thunder c, and i went to flash a ROM but, i forgot to move the rom file to root of sd. and then ever since my phone wont boot up to anything but recovery. i did a back up restore, and it rebooted just fine, then it shut down and took me back to recovery, now when i go to do my nandroid restore it brings up
ERROR: run "nandroid-mobile.sh
restore' via adb!

WTF did i do to my phone, lol
am i F'd in the A?
or can it be fixed?

Which recovery are you using? If it's Xionia CWM, then you should be able to mount usb storage and copy the ROM to the root of sd and flash it. If that doesn't work, maybe need to KP500 revert back to stock and reroot and ROM all over again.

Unless some of the more seasoned members have another solution...

How about turning phone off and remove sd card and put it in computer directly and transfer file over that way. And then put back in phone and flash rom.

I think "he" is a "she". :)

I would agree with blackops1125, I would just insert into a computer and move the file manually. Easiest option if it's available.
