Stuck on boot logo

I ended up with a red screen. I was able to get past that, but now all I can get is the orange logo screen or into fastboot. I can't get into TWRP, and I also can't get ADB to work. I've read through many posts, but I didn't find anything that helped with this scenario. Any ideas?
