Stuck on logo boot and can`t go into recovery!

Please help! Here`s what happened. I was using a custom rom and I downloaded ram manager. When i chose balanced settings I rebooted and my phone stuck on the alcatel logo and doesn`t do a thing, I can`t even go into recovery. I erased the sd card and some other folder and I think I screwed things up. My computer now doesn`t recognize the usb when I connect the phone to the computer so I can`t download any recovery or to flash or do a single thing. My friend connected his phone on my computer and immediately my computer detected his phone but it can`t detect mine. It says usb not recognized. When i take the cable out of the computer my mobile goes all black, when i put it on the computer, the menu keys lit and the light sensor lights up it goes into the lactael logo for a minute or two and then againg goes to black and it repeats this process all over again constantly. I have no hope anymore I simply can`t do anything with my mobile now. I push the volume button does/up and the power on but it simply is stuck. Please help me if you can!

1) Make and model of phone. Different companies use different methods of fixing problems like this.

2) Have you put the SD card into the computer (adapters are $5 or less) to see what's on it? If nothing's there, format it for FAT32, then you'll be able to copy files to it.

My phone is alcatel ot 995, i put my sd card on my friend`s mobile and saw on the computer that it is completely empty. I don`t have an sd card reader but the problem is I put roms today on the sd card, but i can`t get to recovery mode on my phone, i can`t do anything with it, it just sits there with the alcatel logo and nothing else, then goes black. Is there a possible way to go to recovery mode at all, then I know I would be able to flash ropms, but how to get to the recovery, that is my problem
