Stupid Reverse Contrast Text

Actually, recommendations for this question have been answered by the community previously. With the suggestion of:

Settings / Accessibility / High Contrast - Turn off./ Turn on

My AT&T LG G Pad 10 menu and sub menus go like this:

Settings / Accessibility / Vision/Hearing/Dexterity. Nothing where one can turn on or turn off reverse contrast text.

I think I've gone through the whole freaky Setting menu (and read all the previous answers previously given) and can't find what I need.!

It's probably right in front of my face which is usually 2 inches or so from the screen.

So you have actually looked in the vision section of accessibility i gather?
