Success with android data recovery with Jihosoft or Dr. Fone?

I'm trying to recover data off a phone after a factory reset. I have not used the phone at all and have wireless and phone service turned off.

Doctor Fone data recovery failed with an error that it was not able to root my device.

Jihosoft simply did not find anything to recover (although it claims to be the best).

Has anyone else had success with any recovery options?

Samsung SM-G925V Currently running Android 7.0 because I'm not running update after the factory reset.

You cannot recover data from a device that has been factory reset. All user data was destroyed during the reset.
