Superuser not prompting for permission

I have a Tasker profile that reboots my phone once per week.

When I flash a new ROM, the first time I run the task it prompts to grant Locale Execute SU permission.

After flashing BAMF Forever 1.07, I haven't gotten the prompt (I run the task manually to authorize SU, then it runs based on the profile). I get the pop up that SU permission has been denied.

If I change the default in SU to "Allow", it works fine but I don't want that. I want to be prompted, grant permission and have it remembered.

Thanks

This is a bug in Superuser 3.*.*. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon. Every time I reboot my phone or denies permission to SetCPU and Auto Memory Manager. I have to open the apps manually to get their permissions granted.
