This has actually been going on for months now.
Swiftkey wont answer my requests for help anymore; they say its a bug with HTC's email app.
It simply loses its mind in email but works perfectly everywhere else in the phone.
Wondering if anyone else is having this problem and/or has a solution?
Id hate to have to replace the app.
