Switch to Moto x

Anyone that has made the switch would you still do it now with the talks of the X+1 coming out soon?

I had a s3 on t-mobile. It was the LAST carrier phone ill ever own. Once it was replaced and unlocked it i sold it and bought a N4 which wasn't that much better in terms of reliability and stability. Sold it and bought a moto x.

I had my Moto X since March 2014. I was thinking about getting Note 2, but my upgrade was not up and I was having serious issues with lags with OG Razr Maxx. So when Moto X was selling for $349, I grabbed it.

I have this theory that smartphones will "dumb down" after about 1-1/2 years of use. Just like a computer, crappy installs/downloads will just bogged it down. But I am hopeful that Moto X will be less prone to this issue because it is mostly stock Android. I still don't what that means exactly, but I'm thinking it's close to pure Android so you don't have a lot of OEM apps to bogg it down.

In short, love my Moto X screen size, camera, smoothness, and Active Assist. My only grip is that I wish the battery lasted longer. I'm looking forward to see what Moto +1 will bring.
