switching from bitmogi keyboard to gboard.

After putting the phone on safe mode as advised due to the security lock on the phone, I can't uninstall the app causing the problem because it's not displayed on the safe mode screen.
How can I fix this?

Welcome to the forums. What phone do you have? Try this sequence:

- Go to settings - language & input - virtual keyboard and select Gboard as default.

- Go to settings - security and make sure Bitmoji is unchecked as device administrator.

- Go to settings - apps - select Bitmoji - force app - clear defaults - clear data - uninstall.
