Sync favourites (bookmarks) from a PC

What's the best app to use to sync favourites (bookmarks) from a PC (Chrome or Internet Explorer) to an Android device, namely an HTC Inspire?

Phonemarks I think its called...you can also use remote desktop to import bookmarks to your phone from your desktop
