Sync GalaxyN2 with Outlook Tasks Using Kies

Hi Guys
Can anyone help please? I'd been happily syncing my GN2 with Outlook 2013 using Kies on my previous laptop sans problemo. I had to return that laptop and had an identical replacement and I set up Kies to sync with Outlook. It syncs fine for calendar and contacts but it has a problem on tasks. It takes forever "preparing to sync" then it runs through sync very quickly and says it's complete, except it hasn't performed a sync.

Tasks are pretty important for arranging my business day, so any advice would be welcome (i.e. has a setting in the phone dropped off?)

when i have seen this happen with outlook there is an issue with the windows user account. create a new user. log in install kies and pay attention to the questions you are presented and do the sync. i then have to move everything over.
