Sync issues between Linkedin & Exchange Contacts, how can I fix them?

Sync issues between Linkedin & Exchange Contacts

I have installed Linkedin 4.0.11 and Android 5.0 on my Samsung S5 (SM-G900F)
When I sync my exchange contacts with my Linkedin contact and connect them together - I cant modify the contacts and get error message when I try.
