syncing my music and ringtones from my blackberry

trying to get my music and ringtones off my pc that I had for my blackberry onto my fascinate. I have mass storage enabled but my pc won't open the sd card shows it on my computer when I click on it, it just tells me insert disk. Please help

I wasnt mounting the sd card from the notification bar
