Android Central Question

On my motorola G6 phone, the recent system update takes you to a separate screen when you take a screenshot - you have to wait precious seconds for it to load then press save/discard to make it go away. I want to take screenshots instantly again, so I can take them while in the middle of things rather than having to pause everything, and so I can take multiple screenshots in succession again. Unfortunately I can't even take a screenshot of the "screenshot" screen so I hope others know what I'm talking about.
How can I get it back to normal (press volume + power button together and it saves automatically without being "reviewed" first)? I've looked for hours and found nothing since this is such a recent update. Help is greatly appreciated!
(the rest of the update is terrible too. many buttons are moved from center of screen to the right side, and I use my left hand exclusively)

I moved this to the G6 forum for more specific traffic. Let me see if @Javier P, an Ambassador who knows Moto G phones well, has any ideas.

Welcome to the forums. It's possible that the screenshot editor is enabled, go to your app drawer, open the Moto app and under Moto Actions make sure it's disabled. This new feature includes some very cool options, like scrolling screenshot, but if you prefer the old way just switch it off.

I'm not sure about your other issues. I'd recommend you to create an account here and post some screenshots explaining the changes you don't like.

Yes. Turning off the screenshot editor in Moto actions will solve your problem.
