System Update using phone's cell device instead of external WiFi?

New Moto G Stylus 5G, OS 11.x Provider, BOOST now T-MOBILE.

Want to do system Update but NOT thru external WiFi.
Phone has 50 Gb data each month. I barely use it.

Even with Smart Update turned off, still get message, "Waiting for Wifi to update."

Any way to force update to use cell's own data?

(Read similar Q&A here but does not apply. Have searched and read here and read thru as many online help as possible, plus Moto's Manual -- 250+ pages!)
