T mobile 10-28

Same here man. If you create a UPS account and check tracking there, it will show a tentative delivery date.

Mine is stuck on 'ready for ups' but the shipment details said it will be delivered by friday EOD.

I have a date of end of business tomorrow and it has been ready for UPS since Monday
 
Same thing here. I got notification yesterday morning at 2AM. But no movement yet. I wasn't given an option on shipping either.

The rep I talked with when I ordered mine Monday night didn't give me a shipping option either. So I asked him how this was being shipped and he told me it was free over night shipping via UPS. I figured they must be doing that with all V20 orders?

Anyways, I got a text message from them yesterday morning saying my order was confirmed and expected to ship between 10/17 and 10/24. Haven't heard anything since then. I'm guessing they're getting quite a few orders for the V20!
 
Just finished my final call of the day with them concerning this shipping nonsense. Let me say shame on me for not being diligent enough when I placed it. Because I didn't ask for a difference in shipping, it was sent standard. Which puts it to be anywhere from the 17th to the 24th that I will get the phones not the end of business tomorrow. So those of you with the "ready for UPS" status, be prepared to get your device on the latter end of that window for delivery. It's a first world problem, I know. The inability for them to do their job effectively always costs the consumer in the end. Whether it be time, money, or both.
 
It's unfortunate but this is why I never call T-Mobile. I did my Note 7 preorder through Tforce on Twitter and preordered the V20 in store.

I initially didn't get a shipping option from the store rep either but then she said I owed $7.xx. I asked why and she said it's charging for shipping for some reason. So I had her go back to the shipping screen and then I had options. I had her change it to overnight for $24.99. I paid it but the manager was standing right there and said he could refund it if it actually charged. So either him or Tforce are going to refund it once it actually posts to my CC. There are no other options.

I'm still not sure why shipping was different this time. My preorder Note 7 was free overnight and I didn't even have to ask. My temp S7 Edge was free overnight as well.

same happened to me Note 7 was shipped overnight free of cost and V20 they charged me 25$ for shipping, $3 Tax and $20 for phone order, had chat session with TAgent this morning and managed to get bill credit for almost $50

Very nice. I'm waiting until my refund for Note 7 hits then I'm going to bug them for shipping refund.
 
Got confirmation around 3 pm that phone will be here on 10/21....not bad. I am not annoyed, still using my Note 7 until I get it.

I just ordered mine and was charged $6.99 for standard shipping. I read through my EIP and had a question so I contacted support through chat and they told me that shipping was 7-day UPS, and that expediated (2-3 day) was $14.99 and overnight, which they said isn't currently available, was $24.99. They also said that in order to change my shipping method I would have to cancel my current order and replace. I asked them to do that and they said they were unable to cancel it. This has turned into a major pain in the @**. I asked them about free shipping and they said that no one got free shipping, despite what has been talked about on here. Not sure where the disconnect is but it's frustrating.

Did you call or talk to them via Twitter?
 
I called for the original order and then talked to support via chat on the TMobile support site. I haven't called back yet.
