T-Mobile Free Micro Sims + Free Next Day Shipping!

If you try it, let us know if it goes through. I think their system would probably allow a second order, because most of the rules-based restrictions on websites aren't too smart, especially if you check out as a guest instead of creating an account.

It won't allow another order for a few days, I've already tried haha.

Someone asked me why did I post this letting people know sim cards were now free. Obviously there are people out there wanting to activate either their first T-Mobile line or a second. Some people like to have more than one cell phone activated.

I noticed that they were free last week as well... overnight shipping was not part of the deal at that time though.

P.S. thanks for posting! ;)

I was planning on using a prepaid card for the second order. By changing the billing address, do you mean like changing a single digit from the street address?

Well I have one prepaid card registered under my sisters billing address, and my name. As for shipping I put my mothers name and same shipping address as before. I'm not sure how changing a single digit would work but try it! :-)

I appreciate the tip. I plan to buy a Nexus 4 when we get bonuses next month, so getting a free tmo sim card now is one less thing to do (and pay for :D ) in mid April.

Success! NexusGirlX was right though. My first order was placed on 3/18/13 and got here today, 3/20/13. As soon as I got them in the mail, I placed my second order without a problem. Still free with overnight shipping included!

*Edit* I can also confirm that the sim cards don't expire anytime soon. The sim cards I ordered both expire at the end of 2015.

I appreciate the post myself..

I ordered 2 micro today for my Nexus 7. I got lucky with AT&T because the rep I win store have me one free checked no charge, no service fee. I pay $30 for 3GB for 30 days. I make sure after I activate it for a month I go back online and click do not continue renewal monthly. Anyways, I wanted the T-Mobile one to have the if better service area when I travel.

Again I recommend making sure when you activate the sim that you make sure the service is not automatically renewed every month like AT&T does automatically.

They are back to regular $10 price today and you have to pay for over night shipping again.

Till next time.... T-mobile seems to.put them for free every now and then but strange they went back to $10. They use to put them for 99 cents after the free offers typically. I wonder if this is because they are shifting their plans.

If they change plans, does T-Mobile grandfather current prepaid customers? IOW, is it worth signing up to lock in the $30 plan now even if I don't get my Nexus 4 until middle April? Or because it is prepaid with no contract, does everyone have to switch to a new plan (or a different carrier) when their month is over?

Thank you. I understand they are still available today and wondering if I should lock in the plan today... before the T-Mobile event in NYC tomorrow.

I guess the point now is moot, but I was wondering why I, for instance, would want to acquire additional SIM cards from T-Mobile. I sent a PM to NexusGirlX, but she's never bothered to respond, so... can anyone else explain why I would have wanted one?

Because you want T-Mobile as your carrier. :D :D

Maybe you're on att and want to have a tmo sim on the full unlimited $3/day plan to pop in as needed for faster data. Maybe you're on a different tmo plan and want to switch to the $30/month plan that's only available for new activation.

But seriously, there are a lot of other people on this forum who might want to buy something on sale for their own reasons, even if you don't want one.

I answered your question in this thread. Some people like to have more than one phone activated. They can also be used to put in an iPhone so that the APN settings will show up when they are with AT&T. Those settings don't show up when there is an AT&T sim in an iPhone and the sim doesn't even need to be activated. Lot of reasons really.
