T-Mobile Free Micro Sims + Free Next Day Shipping!

Got my Nexus 4 yesterday! Yaaaay! Fortunately, my Clear Cruzerlite Bugdroid Circuit TPU Case arrived at the same time (all those horror stories of dropping the Nex only days into getting it...). A day later my FlyGrip arrived and I do like the way it affords different (and safer potentially?) ways of holding the device. One-hand ops can be useful, too. Screen protector didn't arrive so I've been using the Nexus with the clear plastic cover still on the front glass...not too bad. The micro-sim card failed to show up from TMobile. Provided tracking number was rejected by UPS website. Got a hold of a TM rep and she said there were some compatibility issues with the tracking system between them. Inserted "92" in front of the number and the tracking worked. Monday for me. Still can't use it wifi at the office yet as I have the Xfinity DSL and no wireless. Ordered a Cisco Linksys EA2700 Refurbished SMART WiFi Wireless Router N600 Network based on some quick research at a low price.

Oh, I forgot to ask...can someone tell me a way to quickly silence the sound on the Nexus 4? Maybe a touch, swipe or something simple? When I'm streaming like on YouTube, I like to kill the sound when the ads precurs the videos. I read about the RD Mute app but it does way more than I need for this issue. Thanx!

where can I order this free micro sim card? I am kinda lost. Thanks

This thread was referring to a promotion T-Mobile runs periodically. It's a pretty old thread.

If you're feeling lost, I'd recommend starting your own thread with your specific questions. Most people around here are pretty helpful.

Only ones I can think of is the volume rock or hold down power button till the mute option appears

This week you can get a T-Mobile sim card for $.99 with promo code SIMSALE. I ordered two and paid for overnight for a total of $14.98. These work with any T-mobile plan including the $30 100 minute, 5GB data plan.

SIM Card details from T-Mobile

Thanks. They showed up as "refurbs" in my cart but I'm sure refurbs work just fine. Anybody have any idea how long you can hold onto them without activating before they expire?

Mine showed up as refurbished also, but can you even refurb a sim card?
