Tmo sight says this
Pre-order a new Galaxy Note9 and choose between free AKG noise-cancelling wireless headphones, or a free game bundle with Fortnite! Want them both? Get them together for just $99.

on samsung.com they are charging for the headphones. 299.00

Starting to think JOD really isn't worth it any more.

Seems to be the best deal ATM. Hope other carriers match this promo.IMG1913455945998752450.jpg

...only if you trade in an eligible Samsung device.
I feel that it's missing all the trade-ins. It's usually Apple and high end Lg phones from the past 2 years and maybe the pixels as well.

That's an understatement. Who would put down that much money if they were going to turn it in in a few months? Does outright EIP exist without a down payment, either?

Haven't seen any phones, new anyway, that didn't have a down payment. I was thinking of trading in my s8 Active for this but now I may just ride it out until the end and pay it off. JOD really doesn't provide any benefit to me at this point.

If you're trading in a Note8, T-Mobile gives you $500 off via 24 monthly bill credits. So if you only keep your phone for a year before upgrading again, you only get $250 off (because you'll have to pay off the remaining balance when you sell or trade your Note 9 in a year).

So if you plan to upgrade yearly, seems like it's better to sell your Note8 on eBay now instead of trading it in to T-Mobile.

Any other prices yet from T-mo?

all i see in the fine print is $279 down with $30 month for 24 months.

I have JUMP. When I got my Note 8, my Note 5 was paid off. I had to make a "down payment", it was over $200. Since they wanted so little for my Note 5, around $159, I decided to keep it as back up. It was worth more then that.

Now the Note 5 is worth the $500 trade in for this offer and it's still in good condition. I owe $390 on my Note 8. I could trade in my Note 5 and keep my Note 8 as a back up device. But the Note 9 didn't really wow me Too much.
