T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Just got a SMS from tmobile delivery delayed. I called and the rep told me it is a momentary delay. I did get the 512 blue.

Check your Tmobile app, mine was delayed over 3 weeks. I called TMobile and she said that info was wrong and it's still on schedule, so goes to show you they have no idea what they are talking about.

Okay I got the phone, now what? Do I call the 877 number to activate the SIM or what? Help please

Same. One part of the app tells me 9/19, while another says 8/24. The two reps I spoke to both said their end shows 8/24.

The rep told me that also, she said their info is more reputable info and to not believe the later date. Im sure it's the later date and they are just misinformed. I'm on a TMobile chat now demanding they give me a substantial account credit for this BS.

Exactly why I'm leaning towards going elsewhere. T-Mobile does a lot of good things but they have really screwed this up.
I just tried and chatted again with them. In the end, no dice. But, did try to confirm in a roundabout talking in tongues way that I should be well qualified in a week. We'll see. He did ask me about recommending T-mobile to family and friends and I explained to him that JOD is awful now and could be easily improved. T-mobile is most likely disappointing a lot of its customer base and not getting any new customers because their phone prices are the worst out of all the carriers. Service and support are great. Never had a problem on that front.
He said to look out for Q4 deals as well.

Finally got this set up. Tomorrow will the day will I figure how good this is and how the battery life is
When I put my Caseolgy case on it almost makes my Note 8 look awful small. Am I only one who thanks that?

If you already have a T-Mobile sim, you can just use that one. I used the SIM that was previously in my S9+, and I didn't even use the sim that came with the Note9

honestly the only thing I could see them crediting is the shipping cost if u paid, and maybe upgrading it to overnight shipping because of the delay but other than that it's not really their fault. It's Samsung's fault for not supplying enough.

Has any one gotten a s-view case? IS there a cheaper one other than the original which is about 55 bucks?

Makes me laugh that they would cause such inconvenience over a week. I'd be surprised if the sales numbers for the note 9 from T-Mobile weren't a little disappointing. Phone sales are already down for other models, plus adding the down payment. Can't imagine this is going to go well.

You can use the sms from your previous phone! Place it with your SD card(if you have one) together in each slot and your new phone will be activated!
