T-Mobile Galaxy s3 screen not working

Hi i recently change the frame of my galaxy s3. When I removed the screen I notice the part below the screen was a bit broken in some areas and when I turn it on it didn't show anything on the screen at all. It dose sound and receive calls like it normally dose but I cannot see anything. Does someone have and idea of what it is? Would appreciate the help.

Are you saying that parts of the mainboard are broken? Or that the lower layer of the screen is broken?
