Good morning, folks waiting on the TMobile line

As it is a new morning, and obviously, our Ms. Amy didn't sleep (she posted at 5AM!), may I ask if anyone else has heard voices as well since yesterday?

Cnet says this about the 600 MHz Band 71 frequency -

I haven't heard that yet so hopefully coverage in these Vegas casinos should be better and when I'm at work because my hospital has horrible coverage. I'm just lucky we have fast Wi-Fi since Wi-Fi calling/texting saves my butt!

Heh, no voices but I'm definitely seeing things...mostly phantom UPS vans. Perhaps I'm less than sane during new phone season.

well, my 128gb microsd card arrived today.

similar to other who bought cases with no phone yet, i have my new microsd card with no phone as well.

So that was YOU! Haha, I vaguely remembered someone posting a screenshot of their homepage on the Note 8 pre-order thread last August. Yeah, I think a constant view of the UPS logo will keep me from going nuts every time I see one of their trucks go by.

I was actually going to try and find the original thread to check on the timing of when dates first appeared on the T-Mobile pre-order versus when they actually shipped

Heh, yeah I know how that goes. I just got my cases and screen protectors today (photo below). I didn't have such good luck with tempered glass on the S8+ and skipped it altogether on the Note 8, but I decided to try out the Alinsea tempered glass protector from Amazon. It was only $12, so in case it doesn't work so well, I've got a tried and true Spigen NeoFlex as a backup.

I got a Spigen card case, again since I know what I'll be getting. But I decided to try out an Anccer "bare case." It obviously won't offer much in the way of drop protection, but since the last time I dropped a phone was in 2011 (my T-Mobile Galaxy S2), I think I'll be good.

Well, I think that's all I need besides the phone itself. Can't wait for them to ship this thing. Come on T-Mobile, we're all waiting!

Edit: Oh, I checked my credit card just a few minutes ago and no, it still hasn't been charged yet.

Look I found my original estimated ship date from the Note 8 this was the original ship date I received the phone on the 7th so it actually shipped on the 5th

1. Pre-Ordered - March 2nd (Coral Blue S9+)

2. Jump On Demand signed agreement confirmation email - March 2nd at 12:13 am

3. Estimated ship date - March 14th to March 16th

4. T-Mobile website


Technically it says in the emails that I placed and confirmed my order on March 1st because I live in Las Vegas, Nevada so I'm on Pacific Time and it was 9pm my time when the pre-orders went live haha

1. Technically March 2, since it was just after midnight. But the T-Mobile app shows my order date as March 1. They must be going by Pacific Time.

Good idea.

1.) March 1st @ 11:01 PM via Twitter (Jump on Demand). It was about 2:00 AM on March 2nd by the time the order was complete though.

2.) The T-Mobile Android App and the My T-Mobile website both list a ship date (not delivery) of March 14th - March 16th.

Extra info: I got 2 day shipping...for free as a consolation prize for staying up so dang late.
