I've researched this, added the accounts to the proper places, deleted them and re-added them but no matter what I do or where I add the email accounts, I can not compose or reply to an email on my Gear S using an Exchange account or Gmail.
The Gear S is from T-Mobile and the Note 3 is from Verizon. That's the only piece of the equation that's left that could be the issue.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
