[T-Mobile Note5] Samsung back up always fail after 12/6 update

So my phone automatically updated to the November security patch even though I've set phone update to manual (weird). But I cannot back up anything to Samsung cloud. It would fail every time saying fail to connect to server. Anyone has any idea?
