Do they do a preorder on the site? Or is it just available to order on the 24th?

I'm currently with Sprint and looking to jump, but trying to figure out the fastest way to get one with the $99 payment.

Any info is appreciated.

Heck man T-mo still hasn't even 100% confirmed the 24th as the date. Now with the S4 launching on that day too I am a bit concerned. That said they better drop it on the 24th, becuase I am jumping to Tmo from Sprint and this is the phone I really want.

T mobile announced via twitter that they were indeed launching the one on the 24th

I wouldn't be to worried yet. The Galaxy S4 is not being released nationwide on the 24th, only at tmobile.com and very few stores. May 1 is still the nationwide release date for the plastic phone.

Most of what we've seen so far about the T-Mobile HTC One release on the 24th also says "in select stores," so it seems like there's parity between what T-Mobile is doing for the One and what it's doing for the S4.

I had gotten the impression the S4 was going wide on that day, either way it doesn't bother me because I want my high end device to feel high end. I'm just glad they've made the One date official. Now I need to call the stores around here to see if they will be carrying them or if I need to keep an eye online.

What are the chances of a store letting me have one early if they have them in? I'm guessing pretty low, but worth asking...lol

There are three local T-Mo stores near me to confirm they're getting it on the 24th.

Also, CS there told me to call on Tuesday afternoon (23rd) to see how many they received. I'll be there 9:00 a.m. Wednesday anyway when they open.

So, my suggestion is to call your local store. No clue on how fast/slow T-Mo website order will be.

Read the terms , they will charge a $200 ETF if you leave Tmobile and use this offer. This is BS I'm with ATT and wanted to switch and get the HTC One at full price and just pay the $70 but if I decide to sell the phone and leave I still have to pay ETF? Please read all terms.

If you take advantage of the $50 promo you will be locked in for 2 years and will be charged an Early Termination Fee(EFT) much as you would be on a standard contract if you cancel the service prior to 2 years of service.
