This sounds a little unreasonable to me. You wanted the phone. You ordered the phone. They charged you for the phone you purchased. They cannot, nor can anyone else, ship the phones earlier that probably 4/19. What were you expecting to happen when you pre-ordered?I have just ended a conversation with a rep and they said they couldn't ship the devices any sooner and the cards will still be charged. I'm contacting my bank to see what can be done. Tmobile needs to adhere to their own policies and not make them up and change them as they see fit.
