T-Mobile Pre-order Thread.

But it seems like most here on the Tmobile forum are getting their phones tomorrow. I'm sure very few if any payed the 24 dollars for overnight. The representative told me if I didn't pay for overnight, it wouldn't ship until next Monday because tmobile doesn't ship on Friday (8/21) and I would get my phone sometime in the midlle to end of next week. Sounds like I was sold a bag of goods. I'm just wondering if I had a leg to stand on in asking for a credit.

Worst case without next day shipping you would get it Friday, but most of the time all phones get delivered Wed or Thurs.

Juat got a text from TMO and it's already in transit, will arrive tmr! Label was created on the 16th and shipped today but I only got the text now.

I got screwed on the 2 day shipping also. I had to have them put the order in over the chat because the website wouldn't accept my address. They put it in as ground even though there was free 2 day shipping and I gave them the promo code. My shipping label was created yesterday, it still hasn't updated so I probably won't get my phones until next week at this rate.

I just checked the UPS tracking and the delivery date is pushed to the 24th...... next monday!

I just did my pre-order of the Mystic Bronze Note 20 Ultra using JOD. The sticker shock for the down payment was huge! I am upgrading from Note 10+. I tried to call to pre-order, but the area I was in was too noisy. The rep could not hear me. I used the app to open a chat and ordered through there. Much easier than dealing with a live rep on the phone. Since I was late to pre-order, I probably won't receive it until sometime next week.

I just double checked the details on the pre-order and found this:
•Standard shipping fees and times apply. We are not offering free shipping for these devices.

I do know there are times when we are able to offer free two day shipping but it was not part of this release.
I hope that information helps.

They gave me free shipping. Well I ordered it online and when I asked them on Twitter the refunded me shipping costs. The rep said that there should have been free 2 day

Those of you getting your phones tomorrow, what shipping did you chose? I got suckered into the overnight shipping premium but my phone is scheduled to come tomorrow along with all the others. Only difference is I'm seeing a lot of you got movement yesterday, and mine just got origin scanned this morning. I'm wondering if I should call Tmobile and complain to get my account credited the $24 dollars extra I payed for shipping since it literally offered me no advantages?

Two free day shipping from tforce. I would go on Twitter and tell them that you were suckered into it and still getting it the same time as everyone that got got free shipping

I ordered from Samsung directly last night (T-Mobile, Ultra, 512GB, Black) to also get the ear buds with the phone instead of having to wait to get the phone and then claim the promotion. I normally do JOD but since the down was so frickin' high I decided to just purchase the phone out right. I'm going to try and just do every other generation since not much changes from one year to another... we'll see how that goes. Saumsung is saying "Expected Delivery Sep 15th". I'm hoping it's a lot sooner than that as it's almost a month away but it is what it is. I thought of trying to find one at a store on launch day and cancel but then I won't be eligible for the promotion as it has to be a pre-order by 8-20-20.

Showed up right before I got home from work. Disappointed it didn't have a screen protector installed. Also I thought they were gonna enable 120 hz on wqhd+.

Just finished setting up my phone. Also disappointed in the lack of a pre-installed screen protector. Good thing I ordered one from Spigen just in case. I was able to successfully register for the $150 promo. It says it'll be delivered in 4-6 weeks but we all know they're faster than that.

Currently messaging Samsung (on their website) trying to extort the AKG headphones out of them...
