There was no free shipping overnight for pre orders that I'm aware of. I certainly didn't have that option. Anyone else see this free shipping overnight ?

I have a business plan and had to do it over the phone. They blocked the website option for some reason. They often waive fees for me due to being a long standing client and/or due to the biz plan maybe (4 phones)? Or maybe just talking nicely over the phone as an existing client works.
I tried all morning online and could not get the order to process without crashing. Finally called and did it over the phone and told them about my issues. They wouldn't do overnight, but did give me free 3-day shipping.

I ordered it over the phone on JOD. Will be charged $6.99 when it ships but they had no shipping date. As is, I'm still waiting for the contract I need to sign. In the past, I would get it within seconds from hanging up, this time I haven't received it. I called back and they said their system is backed up and that I should get it within 24 hours, if not, to call back.
I wish a free memory card or something else was part of the promotion, instead of that VR thing, which I might just save and give to my nephew for his birthday.

I did the pre-order thing online. Then it wouldn't check out on chrome. Switched to firefox, super-slow --I guess their servers were busy?--and got it through. I could have sworn I picked overnight shipping for $24 something which changed to UPS ground for $6.99. Also able to swap in my Lg G6 for $250, which is...not great but makes the phone worth it. They only offered only $6 for the lg 8.0 x pad thing....that was free with the lg g6 purchase.
That is what mine said too. I paid for next day shipping and I just checked mytmobile and it says it shipped. Not any ups tracking info available yet though.

No text or email from T-Mobile, but the UPS app is showing a delivery estimate of 10/10 for me from Louisville, KY.

Shipping submitted at UPS: label created with tracking number. I assume it goes out tonight! for overnight delivery
So my order this morning apparently didn't process, even though I had a order number and everything looked good. I called T-Mo just to check why I haven't been charged or received a confirmation email, they said they been having problems with online orders. So they gave my free overnight shipping, but looks like I will miss the deadline and no weekend delivery. Looks like I'll get it Monday, well at least I didn't pay for shipping.

I tried to order through the T-mobile app this morning and kept getting errors when entering my credit card information and making me start over. I called 611 and told the CS rep I could not place order on app. Still charged me $24.99 for overnight shipping.
Good news is I checked my order status and the phone has shipped. Hopefully get it on Friday!
