Anyone taking advantage of the $200 trade in promo? I forgot to ask about it when I was in the store. Not even sure I'm eligible being on JOD. Guess I'll have to reach out to T-Force.

If I'm eligible, thinking about picking up a $50 or so phone and taking it to them. Help offset the inflated price.

I called and preorder the v20 and my rep ended up telling me I qualified for the $200 rebate even though I didn't have a phone to trade in. She also ended up waving the $50 down payment.
After I placed the order she called me back like 30 min later and told me she made a mistake and I didn't qualify for the $200. She then told me she talked to her boss and that they were going to give me the credit and apply it to my phone since they made the mistake. Lol all in all I got my v20 order for $529. I got a pretty good damn deal. It took some serious ******** about the note 7 fiasco but I'm happy.

Anyone who did a normal eip can do the 200 trade in and it doesn't have to be at the time of ordering the lg v20....check the other thread for more details

Same thing i thought. Ive ordered phones from tmobile online and they always charge when its about to ship. Same thing happend to my friend and his iphone. Hopefully mine ships this week since it got charged already

According to TMO, the phones will be shipping 10/17 (today) - 10/24. I ordered mine through Customer Service today and it was billed as soon as I confirmed my signature (via email). They normally don't bill you until the order is ready to ship, so it looks like they're shipping immediately. Shipping and tracking number will be sent via email.

I'm so torn whether to get this or S7 Edge or wait... I have fallen in love with Samsung Pay on my Note7 and I'd hate to lose it. The V20 has some nice features but a lot I will miss over a Samsung.
