T-Mobile REVVL V+ 5G won't receive text messages

T-Mobile REVVL V+ 5G won't receive text messages unless I have just cleared:
Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage
Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache

After doing this, I can receive one text that was sent to me before I Cleared Cache and Cleared Storage. Screenshot attached so you can see my Messaging app:

Try a different texting app.
