T-Mobile S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Nice, happy for those seeing movement. Hope you all really get your devices tomorrow.

No movement on my end for my day 1 pre-order; no credit card charge or shipping notification. Oh well, I'll get it when I get it I guess.

Did you do the My UPS delivery notification? This is the only way that I would have known. T-Mobile hasn't let me know yet and I can't get the "Tracking" link to show me anything when I login to T-Mobile ...I just get an error.

It's from ups the delivery notification email

If you read the email notification carefully, it says exactly what it says to all the rest of us: that the label has been generated, but UPS has NOT YET picked it up.

Alas, this really isn't news. If UPS still hasn't picked it up yet, how would they be able to get it to us by tomorrow? This isn't Next Day Air service level, you know!

The email is just a confirmation based on the app. You got the email because the app says delivery for tomorrow. If you actually look though, they haven't had any additional scans and are still sitting on a palette in Jeffersonville.
just got my ups delivery email to my gmail. TOMORROW delivery. told you skeptics

We ship a lot of things for my husband's business. This is what the tracking information says while the package is sitting at the airport, waiting for the flight to go out. My delivery is estimated between 2:30 to 6:30 pm. UPS and FedEX have most of their flights overnight. This will give the flight time to get into their hub in my area, unload the packages to the trucks and then they will be out for delivery during the day. Does this make sense? The status only changes each time it's scanned at a new destination. During the middle of the night or early morning, we will all likely see the next scan.

Yes I did that but no way to press enter or to move on

And by the way....T-Mobile sent mine by next day air last time, so I am assuming they are doing the same this time too. I didn't pay for it either time.

Again they don't send this email out nor update the app unless there IS an orig scan. But we can not visibly see the orig scan till next business day movement. I work with UPS. But go ahead and be skeptical. Or maybe this is your first pre-order

@magia21: weren't you the guy who posted yesterday that you actually WORK FOR UPS?

if you do indeed work for UPS, wouldn't you know all this that we're trying to explain to you already?

...confused here.

The issue isn't intermediate scans.

The issue is: there hasn't even been an INITIAL UPS scan to indicate that UPS is in possession of the package!

Haha. Yes a worker (me). Trying to explain the behind the scenes process to a non worker (you). There is your disconnect. Also look above the reply from AVANDIE.

Wow. Everyone that has been through pre-orders before or work with UPS don't bother explaining. This person will NEVER get it. Just enjoy the details, proof, past experience, and FACTS that you know and celebrate with This person TOMORROW with This person when they get Their phone tomorrow as well. ??????
