T-Mobile S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

If you have a myups account they'll deliver even if it's signature required that's one of the terms of agreement when signing up for an account.
 
So all of you that have shipment notifications are white or another color? Looks like Flamingo still is waiting. I am wishing I had gotten white. I thought the Coral color looked cool...grrrr.

Prism White here and I heard from several sources that it was/is the most popular option, BUT I think Samsung already had anticipated that. Other colors and the larger memory sizes they probably made less.

I got it too. Called customer service and they confirmed it was trash. He said to expect it tomorrow by 3. He said he puts his job on the line that it comes tomorrow by 3. I thought it was a bit dramatic. But his confidence made me feel confident so good job Victor! Lol

lol with that being said, I would say expect it tomorrow by 3 or that guy doesn't love his job
 
TMO texted me saying an attempt was made today and will retry tomorrow. My outdoor cams call BS.
 
TMobile now does a way better job at pre-orders a few years ago it was horrible so at least I give that to them, there was a time you can call customer service three different times and get three different answers LOL
 
OK looks like others beat me to it. But yeah, T-Mobile confirms that the email was sent in error. I also got a text, but I won't bother checking into that. :)

Just got a departure scan an hour ago!
 
It was probably an automated response if they didn't get delivery confirmation from ups.
 
I thought about seeing if UPS could hold my package tonight so I can pick it up in the morning, but in my experience that does more harm than good. Thinking I'll work from home tomorrow so I can grab it as soon as it arrives.

I always do this but I live right by the hub where the packages come in and the trucks load up so I have the main building hold it it never delays it for me 10 am pickup here I come

Nice. I'm not too far away from the hub either. But once I did this and my package didn't get sorted until the evening of the delivery date. That's why I figure that once it's in the system I won't mess with it.

But hey, do whatever works!

Fortunately, I'm scheduled to work from home tomorrow anyway. I'm with you though, this is probably the Samsung device I've most looked forward to, and I've looked forward to plenty. It just seems to be the complete package. I mean, arguably their flagship offerings always gave you more than any other OEM's, but this one truly has it all from software, to display, to aesthetics, etc.
