T-Mobile S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I have a question about the pre-order through T-Mobile and free earbuds. I checked and they now have the new IMEI listed for my phone. Since I have this, can I put in the request now for the free earbuds? If so, does anyone know where this link is? It seems this is how we've done this in the past.

If it's like previous pre-orders, you can't do this until you get your phone. Once you get your phone tomorrow, download the Shop Samsung app and you will be able to get the buds or $130 gift certificate from within there. In previous years you had to take a screenshot of your T-Mobile receipt and enter an IMEI, but with the Note 9 the app retrieved all of this information for me. I expect it'll be similarly simple with the S10.

3 days ago? Most of the people in here I think pre-ordered within the first few days that the pre orders launched. What shipping date did u get w your order?

I preordered on 2/28 with est shipping 3/8-3/15. Only reason I waited was due to a system glitch jump 1.0 was removed from my account and I didn't catch it till pre orders opened and it took that long to straighten out as they kept trying to give me other versions of jump.

So far no charge and no updates on my order of 2 S10+ prism blue thru T-Mobile.

I had to place another order this past Saturday due to the issue with the original one which put my ship date between the 15th and 22nd now. No charge yet.

Do they still require pictures of the label on the box?

I did not have to take any pictures to get my AKG NC60 Wireless headphones that came with my Note 9. And for the previous gift that came with one of my Samsung phones, I had to take a photo or send a PDF of the proof of purchase from T-Mobile, not the IMEI label on the phone's box.

Although, with the awesome camera on the S10, wouldn't you want to take as many photos as possible?

Well, 9:30 in Minnesota and no arrival scan yet. The expected delivery window is still 1:00-5:00 PM tomorrow, and I have high hopes that this will be when my phone is delivered. Good luck to everyone who's expecting a brand new S10/S10+ tomorrow!

Lucky you, I have a delivery window time between 3-7pm. I was hoping to get it before I leave for work around 10am. While most of you will get it while I'm still working. But at least it gives me something to play with when I get home from work. Goodnight all, tomorrow is a big day. Go get some well deservied sleep.

Yes I expected a later date for me but I've seen others who ordered on the 1st and 2nd and already been charged and have a shipping confirmation that's why I asked. Also mines say between the 8th-15th

Looks like I found out what was going on with my order, the rep I ordered on the phone with messed up smh. I only ordered on the phone since the tmobile site and app was acting up but at least I got it fixed! Looks like I'll be joining the club soon! even though im late

I saw notifications of Jump 2.0 being added and removed from the lines on my account.. What is going on with that?? I didn't hear anything about it..

I saw notifications of Jump 2.0 being added and removed from the lines on my account.. What is going on with that?? I didn't hear anything about it..

Junp 1.0 allows 2 upgrades in a 12 month periodand regardless when you upgrade the remaining EIP balance is paid off.

Jump 2.0 requires 50%of the device to be paid off first.

I would call and complain or go on Twitter and have them change it back if you had 1.0 previously and didnt authorize it. I prefer 1.0 because I can upgrade to the fold or s10 5g without having to pay off half my phone. Or if I decide to leave tmobile I can jump to the cheapest phone and not have to pay off the $1000 but instead payoff a much cheaper phone.

There will definitely be some complaints if a difference is added to my bill. I wasn't notified about anything regarding Jump on Demand changing. AGAIN!

I upgraded to the S10+ from the Note9 I got in September. So there's no way 50% of the device was paid off between then & now..

We'll see.

Essentially the bait they laid when JOD was rolled out is costing them big time. Since I joined in 2014 they have changed the program several times .

Just say once a year! These new tactics seem kinda shady....

Yeah I got my destination scan at 7:33 am. Waiting for the notice that it's out for delivery. I'm pretty sure I won't get it before I have to leave for work at 10.
