ah! charged credit card versus actual "shipping OUT" are two different things, you're saying, right? sheesh, how disappointing. i was getting all excited

Same here. This was the 25th. Told him I've always received free overnight. He said their systems aren't offering it. I asked if it could be upgraded later if overnight becomes available he said not unless you cancel the order and place again. Stupid.

As long as your ship range is 3/6-3/8, overnight shipping won't make any difference.

This is only the beginning. By Saturday more and more cards will be charged. And by Monday there will be UPS shipping labels printed. And most of us will have them one week from today.

Still a bit peeved that i was told on the phone when i did my JOD that there is ONLY 3-day delivery and NOTHING else was available! the person specifically said that!

then, here on this thread, people are saying that there are 2-day delivery options, as well as Next Day delivery options.

what's with all these wildly varying answers? can't they do training that ensures a basic amount of knowledge for these phone folks? sheesh.

Yeah, I didn't even ask, the Twitter rep just gave me the breakdown, including two-day free shipping with shipping starting as early as 3/6/18.

Not to worry friend, been through this enough with JoD, some with overnight shipping, some with 3 day, bit always got my device early like everyone else.

I asked them if the down-payment amount could be reduced due to my good history with them. Since it couldn't be at this time (just over 2 years as a customer), she was able to credit back the tax amount.

Dang, I'm quite jealous of those guys. Usually T-Mobile is the first to ship.

Probably the only time I'm eagerly awaiting a credit card charge is twice a year when I'm ordering a new phone.

Really Sprint's shipped today? Wow! I have Sprint but did unlocked through Best Buy. They've always told me in the past even if they get it early they can't sell it or do anything till release day

I've been with them over 15 years and they never did that for me. Maybe next time I'll try that. But it's just who you talk to and when.

Always go through Twitter they are more willing to help.

Late to the game but I pre-ordered the s10 plus in flamingo pink yesterday, the 28th and the estimated ship date was 3/27 to 4/19 and I would like my phone before my birthday on 4/4 so I just canceled it this morning via Twitter. Ordered a prism white s10 plus and have a ship date of 3/8 to 3/15. Still late but much earlier than the pink version, I guess that color is backordered like crazy. Also the young lady that helped me on Twitter waived me the next day shipping fee so that was pretty cool.

I'm holding out hope that they'll ship sooner but even the Samsung site says tmobile doesn't get them until the 29th. Such BS! The wife definitely wants that color and I'm uncharacteristically drawn to it too due to the orangeish hue but now I'm having some considerable second thoughts. I'll probably get the phone all late and then hate the color and be super bitter about it lol

Lol I thought it was a really unique color and I guess alot of other people did too. Didn't see it in person, only online so I have no idea of the true color but it does look very coral/orangey lol. I just couldn't hold out for that long though, my husband convinced me not to. I'd be so miserable waiting for it. No matter how bad I wanted that damn flamingo pink lol.
