ah! charged credit card versus actual "shipping OUT" are two different things, you're saying, right? sheesh, how disappointing. i was getting all excited 

Same here. This was the 25th. Told him I've always received free overnight. He said their systems aren't offering it. I asked if it could be upgraded later if overnight becomes available he said not unless you cancel the order and place again. Stupid.
My card was charged.
This is only the beginning. By Saturday more and more cards will be charged. And by Monday there will be UPS shipping labels printed. And most of us will have them one week from today.
Still a bit peeved that i was told on the phone when i did my JOD that there is ONLY 3-day delivery and NOTHING else was available! the person specifically said that!
then, here on this thread, people are saying that there are 2-day delivery options, as well as Next Day delivery options.
what's with all these wildly varying answers? can't they do training that ensures a basic amount of knowledge for these phone folks? sheesh.

Always go through Twitter they are more willing to help.I've been with them over 15 years and they never did that for me. Maybe next time I'll try that. But it's just who you talk to and when.
Late to the game but I pre-ordered the s10 plus in flamingo pink yesterday, the 28th and the estimated ship date was 3/27 to 4/19 and I would like my phone before my birthday on 4/4 so I just canceled it this morning via Twitter. Ordered a prism white s10 plus and have a ship date of 3/8 to 3/15. Still late but much earlier than the pink version, I guess that color is backordered like crazy. Also the young lady that helped me on Twitter waived me the next day shipping fee so that was pretty cool.

I'm holding out hope that they'll ship sooner but even the Samsung site says tmobile doesn't get them until the 29th. Such BS! The wife definitely wants that color and I'm uncharacteristically drawn to it too due to the orangeish hue but now I'm having some considerable second thoughts. I'll probably get the phone all late and then hate the color and be super bitter about it lol
