Yes mine has an installed screen protector.

Mine also has a screen protector on it out of the box.

I've heard pressing down hard is actually worse. They said just tap the screen. Have you tried that?

Have you also checked for a software update? There is supposed to be one to improve it.

Currently updating, will report back after. Hopefully the update fixes the issue.

Stupid AT&T put a piece of plastic film over the pre-installed screen protector that Samsung put on. And they put a hole in it where the fingerprint sensor is. Lol.

I was wondering for those of you who ordered yours from T-Mobile if it came with a front screen protector or not cause some people saying there wasnt one on there?

Mine just got delivered and it has the screen protector. Ordered over the phone from T-Mobile because I have a JOD account.

Honestly I think they did this since they changed their packaging and now there's a possibility of the screen getting scratched in the box

It is much smaller than the screen protector, so I'm hoping not. Haven't tried yet lol.

It's like saying a pair of sunglasses, and it's original packaging would scratch the sunglasses so all purchasers would receive scratched sunglasses!

Mine had the pre-intalled screen protector, no extra film on front but there was a film on the back to remove. If it wasn't for the cutout around the camera you really wouldn't notice it was there but I'm sure you can remove it if you wanted too. Currently syncing apps and waiting for the Shop Samsung app to load so I can claim the earbuds.
