When did you order? I ordered a Silver Edge and it's shipping tonight according to T-Mobile on the phone. They charged my card today. This is the first phone I ordered on 2/28.

Count on it to be delivered Thursday. It could be delivered tomorrow if they shipped it early enough today but just count on it for Thursday just in case.

I pre-ordered the galaxy s7 edge silver titanium on the 27th and did the $0 upfront jump on demand lease. The estimated shipping date keeps going up it says 3/12 now. I went to the tmobile store today on launch day and they have them in Stock but said if i cancelled my order and got one today i now have to pay $60 down even on the jump on demand lease

I pre ordered the edge titanium on the 7th and got an email today saying it was going to ship between the 17th and 22nd. I called my local store in DC and they had plenty in stock in every color. I went down and picked up the phone and cancelled my pre order. I used Jump on Demand and I did have to pay sales tax but whatever. I still got the VR and Netflix promo and a 32gb SD card and a $30 gift card with first use Samsung pay. I'm pretty satisfied.

You should have canceled and went into the store. It would have been easier. I canceled the pre-order I did so I could get it in store and also take advantage of that BOGO deal.

Yeah Best Buys doesn't sell T-mobile monthly service. They do how ever sell the T-mobile prepaid and prepaid phones. This is probably why you thought they sold T-mobile service. Honest mistake. I went there think they did cause I remember seeing the T-mobile phones and sure enough they did but they are the prepaid phones.
